Rudimental Confirm Oz Headline Shows

Rudimental have announced they’ll play Australian headline shows this November and December in support of forthcoming second album We the Generation.

The British four-piece will perform at Brisbane’s Eatons Hill Hotel on Friday 27 November, Perth’s Metro City on Tuesday 1 December, Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on Tuesday 8 December and Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday 10 December.

The group, who were one of the biggets acts at last year’s Future Music Festival, are also locked in to support Ed Sheeran on his upcoming Australian stadium tour while they’re in the country.

We the Generation, released September 18, features collabs with Foy Vance (‘Never Let You Go’) and Ed Sheeran (‘Bloodstream’), and one of the final songs legendary US singer Bobby Womack recorded before his death, ‘New Day Coming’.

It’s the follow-up to Rudimental’s 2013 debut Home, which hit #2 on the Australian album chart and earned the group a Mercury Prize nomination and a BRIT Single of the Year Award win for ‘Waiting All Night’ (ft. Ella Eyre).

Frontier Members pre-sale runs from 2pm AEST Thursday 30 July to 2pm AEST Friday 31 July. General public tickets go on sale from 10am local time Monday 3 August.
