The Peep Tempel Have Unleashed A New Anthem And Will Tour Nationally This November

Melbourne trio The Peep Tempel have dropped word that they will release their long-awaited third LP Joyout Oct 14.

Joy follows the band’s beloved 2014 record, Tales; an album that captured a cult following of fans and Carol defenders across Australia. Tales was described as not only a near-perfect punk record, but a brutal look at contemporary suburban Australia and we’re pretty confident their third album will deliver nothing less.

‘Rayguns’ is the first track to be lifted from the record and it’s you new favourite rock anthem.

Recorded and mixed with Anna Laverty at Sing Sing Studios in West Melbourne, Joy, for the most part, is an “exploration of the human state of mind,” according vocalist and guitarist Blake Scott. “Human thought, is a pure and true chaos.”
From the paranoid, yet elated ‘Totality’ to the stark, isolated landscape of ‘Constable’, The Peep Tempel have found a sound that represents the full spectrum.

To celebrate, the band will head on a pretty solid national tour, a series of real barnstormers. See you there.
