Vance Joy – ‘Saturday Sun’

Golden boy of Australian music Vance Joy has just shared a summery new video for track ‘Saturday Sun’. Just like the song itself, the sun soaked clip is heaped with bright, happy vibes,  conveying the pure joy of fresh romance.

Taken from the Melburnian singer songwriter’s sophomore LP Nation of Two, ‘Saturday Sun’ is an unashamedly joyful track. Sprinkled with handclaps, the track features Vance’s trademark ukulele alongside bouyant, euphoric horns. Contrasts sunny scenes of a summer roadtrip fling with shots of a gloomy office, the clip conveys the bittersweet combo of elation and uncertainty that comes with fleeting romance.

Today also sees details revealed for the vinyl release of Nation of Two, which will drop on Friday 1 June and is now available for pre-order here.

About to kick of his US tour, Vance Joy will be back on home soil for his Australian album tour in September, with support from mates Didirri, Cub Sport and Jack River.
