DMA’S – ‘For Now’

We’re just over a month out from the release of DMA’S hugely awaited sophomore record and the Sydney trio have shared a psych-tinged curveball.

The title track and album opener ‘For Now’ sets a new pace for the band and launches the album mood with an intense energy. Blissed out guitars and a pop percussive beat toplined with Tommy’s vocals echoing “If I am nothing, you are no one”.

The new single follows the release of ‘In The Air‘, a drifty number and moody extension from the album’s debut single ‘Dawning‘, which cemented DMA’S comeback and knack for an upbeat slice of honest heartbreak. “I don’t know anyone / That’s taken this from me / I’m lonlier that I’ve ever been”.

For Now is set to be a sophisticated collection of stunning and introspective indie-pop ballads, marking DMA’S most advanced and emotional production to date.

To celebrate the album’s release, DMA’S are touring nationally this June, hitting up Brisbane, Adelaide, Fremantle, Melbourne and Sydney. Shows have sold out and extra have been added, so don’t snooze on the handful of tickets left…. for now.
