Having spent the past three years working on their debut album, momentum is starting to build in camp City Calm Down.
After announcing said debut album, In a Restless House, will be released later in 2015, the Melbourne group dropped a new tune, ‘Rabbit Run’, last month, which hit #2 on Hype Machine.
They followed that with a sold-out show at Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club, with a performance at Brisbane music fest BIGSOUND in September also locked in.
They’ve now unveiled a clip for ‘Rabbit Run’, premiered by Stereogum, directed by Melbourne duo Tooth & Claw.
The video sees the band performing in a closed-up shopping centre, as security respond to a mysterious emergency around them. Check it out above.
