Celebrated as one of the most explosive live acts right now – we’re stoked to confirm Muse will return to Australia this December – the first time since 2013.
Since forming in 1994, the progressive English rock legends have released seven studio albums – their latest album Drones, was released in June 2015 and it won a bloody Grammy. The album featured some enormous tracks including ‘Dead Inside‘ and ‘Psycho‘, which became celebrated extensions from a plethora of singles from across the years including ‘Starlight‘ and ‘Supermassive Black Hole‘ from their Black Holes and Revelations album whilst The Resistance featured the ‘Uprising‘ and global smash ‘Undisclosed Desires‘.
In April this year, the band teased new music and released some candid in-studio footage. A month later, Muse revealed ‘Dig Down‘ a sultry electronic-rock single that warps and distorts into an anthemic climax. Matt Bellamy (lead vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards) later confirmed the band would release a new album in 2018. Which means these two very special arena shows in December could be the first chance to hear unreleased music from Muse. It’ll be a guaranteed sonic assault on all senses regardless.
