US rap prodigy Mac Miller is heading back to Australia for an East Coast tour in January.
Hitting up Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane early in the new year, this will be the first visit from the hip hop star – real name Malcolm McCormick – since his performances on the final Big Day Out tour at the start of 2014.
The tour comes on the back of Mac’s acclaimed major label debut GO:OD AM, home to hits ‘100 Grandkids’, ‘Brand Name’ and ‘Weekend’. The 17-track album features appearances from Miguel, Lil B, Ab Soul and Little Dragon, and debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200.
Frontier Members pre-sale runs from 2pm AEDT Monday 19 October to 2pm AEDT Tuesday 20 October. General public tickets go on sale 10am local time on Thursday 22 October.
