The Killers Confirm They’ll Return To AUS + NZ For Their Biggest Tour Ever

UPDATE: The Killers have added a 2nd arena show in Melbourne on Saturday, 5 May 2018 at Hisense Arena on sale Tuesday, 3 October.

Get ready to belt out some of the biggest rock anthems of the past two decades – The Killers are returning to our shores to play a string of massive shows in Australia and New Zealand in April/May.

Renowned for their addictive brand of retro dance rock, the Las Vegas four piece are responsible for huge singles including ‘Mr Brightside‘ and ‘Somebody Told Me‘ from their double platinum debut album Hot Fuss as well as an impressive back catalogue ever since that includes ‘Bones‘, ‘When You Were Young‘ and ‘Human‘. Their cheeky lyrics about androgynous lovers, cheaters and anatomical seduction combine with synth pop and alt rock influences to make a seemingly endless list of catchy indie anthems.

From what we’ve heard so far, this is true of their anticipated sixth album Wonderful Wonderful which is out now! Lead single ‘The Man‘ strikes with a strong dance beat and beefy guitars, whilst ‘Run For Cover‘ brings back the ’80s new wave vibes and title track ‘Wonderful Wonderful‘ delivers five minutes of moody, sultry rock.

The Killers are bringing their electrifying rock show to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch next April before jumping across to Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Melbourne. In the meantime, Wonderful Wonderful is set to drop on Friday, 22 September.

Frontier Members pre-sale begins Wednesday 27 September. General public on sale Tuesday 3 October. Timings staggered per show.
