WATCH: The Rubens Get Closer with Bose for the Making of ‘Million Man’

Three months ago, The Rubens shared their infectious comeback single Million Man – a flawless combination of rich vocals, sweet keyboard, gritty bass and soulful hooks.

Now, in a series of exclusive behind the scene videos teaming up with Bose – Get Closer, the five-piece from Menangle reveal how they found themselves in this new soulful direction.

From the song’s initial inception in The Ruben’s newly created recording studio, a WWII communications bunker in Sydney’s outskirts, to joining forces with Run The Jewels producers Wilder Zoby and Little Shalimar to complete their new album in New York City – the video takes us deep.

Big ups to The Rubens for welcoming us inside. Exclusive photo credits: Scott Baldwin and Guilia McGauran. Watch below as the making of ‘Million Man’ beautifully unfolds from NSW to NYC.
