The Australian Open Locks-In Another Grand Slam Music Line-Up

Following a very successful debut series of legends performing on the AO Live Stage last year -the Australian Open returns with an even bigger line-up of artists soon too takeover any tennis action.

Located once again at the middle terrace of Birrarung Marr, the music roster launches the inaugural Grand Slam from Sunday, 14 January to the closing night on Sunday, 28 January.

The line-up has been curated to celebrate the most iconic and next gen of Aussie artists including Jimmy Barnes and Dallas Crane who will share the stage on opening night and national treasure Tina Arena who will be supported by Ali Barter on the final weekend. Our very own Menangle bros The Rubens will throw down a million dollar performance as well as our recent ARIA award-winners Bliss n Eso and Melbourne rapper Illy. Other local favourites and rising industry standouts include performances by formidable singer/songwriters Meg Mac, Vera Blue, Dean Lewis and Angie McMahon. As well as sets by Brissy legends The Creases and dance purveyors and fire crackers Client Liaison and Northeast Party House.

Closing out the tournament will be iconic RNB stars TLC together with DJ Horizon who are both in town for the very first RNB Vine Days – a series of special winery shows across regional Australia kicking off in February next year.
