Armand Van Helden And The MSO Are Coming Together For One Night Only

House music legend Armand Van Helden is set to join forces with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra next January, to host the massive inaugural Symphonica concert.

Renowned for over two decades of bangers, including club classics like ‘U Don’t Know Me‘, ‘My My My‘, ‘Bonkers (feat. Dizzee Rascal)‘ and massive tunes as part of Duck Sauce like ‘Barbra Streisand‘ and ‘aNYway‘, New York’s Armand Van Helden is a certified lord in the electronic music world.

Now, in the first of many groundbreaking collaborations between the MSO and contemporary musicians, Armand Van Helden’s huge tracks will be reinvigorated with a 70-piece orchestra. With support from Melbourne futurist trio Harvey Sutherland & Bermuda who will be delivering cinematic disco with a 15-piece MSO ensemble, Symphonica is set to be an unforgettable evening of absolute tunes.

Armand Van Helden and the MSO will be lighting up the Sidney Myer Music Bowl for one night only on Saturday 27 January, 2018. Frontier Members pre-sale to this extra special night begins Monday, 24 July (12noon AEST). General public tickets will go on sale Wednesday, 26 July.
