Clap Clap Riot – ‘Tired Of Getting Old’

New Zealand indie-rockers Clap Clap Riot are defying the natural order with their brand new single ‘Tired Of Getting Old‘ that sees the group capturing a sound as youthful as ever.

The video released today was filmed in Osaka (one of the most progressive cities) with the band’s long time collaborator Jeremy Toth. It’s the second single to be released from their forthcoming LP Dull Life, out Friday, 28 April.

Produced by Tom Healy (Tiny Ruins, Pop Strangers) and mastered by Jared Hirshland, ‘Tired Of Getting Old’ refuses to give up just yet, offering up whistling hooks, fuzzy riffs and rollicking grooves. The up-tempo treasure also delivers retro charm with a Brit post-punk vocal and some classic vintage keys.

‘Tired Of Getting Old’ follows the 2016 release of ‘Help Me‘, another surf-rocker anthem. Following the release of Dull Life, Clap Clap Riot will tour Aus and NZ this April/May – tickets below.
